Why Two Laboratories?
Surface water and groundwater are administered through different data and management frameworks in Indonesia. That institutional split is real. The physical water system is not. Reksar Lab uses two laboratories so each system can be studied with the evidence it actually has — and so the interfaces between them can be researched rather than assumed away.
